1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

  • The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: Certain product categories (e.g., personal care items, perishable goods, digital downloads) may be non-refundable unless defective.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

  4. Ship the product to the return address provided.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order is subject to the return policy only.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer free replacements for items that arrive:

  • Damaged or defective
